Our Fall Fundraiser kick-off will kick off on Thursday, September 13th. Fundraising packets including Christmas Gift Items, cookie dough, pizza, pretzles & cinnamon buns, and magazines will be handed out.
Be sure you fill in the top portion of the order form so that we can track down you or your child if we have a question about the order. Also, please be sure that before you turn in your order that you have the correct amount of money included for the items purchased.
You will turn in the white & yellow copies with your order and keep the pink (bottom) copy for your records. All orders are due back to school by September 14th.
Checks or money orders should be made to TMS PTO.
Please be sure to fill in the section marked "Prize Program" as well. You will receive a prize in each category up to and including the highest category that matches your # of items sold.
For instance, if you sold 18-24 items, you can choose a prize from Level A, Level B AND Level C!! The more higher the level. . .the more prizes you get to choose!!
