Staff Appreciation Week is quickly approaching and the
PTO needs your help! May 1-5, our
entire staff of 90 will be treated to a week of food, gifts, and fun. It takes a lot of 'parent power' to pull this
off so please read below to see where you might be able to help:
Monday, May 1st-
The staff will be treated to a breakfast by the 8th Grade Parents. This has already been taken care of by a
wonderful group of parents so a BIG THANK YOU goes out to them!
Tuesday, May 2nd-
The staff will be treated to a candy bar by the 6th Grade Parents. All candy is due in the office by Friday,

Wednesday, May 3rd- The staff will be treated to
appetizer trays with chips and salsa from Chili's sponsored by the PTO.
Thursday, May 4th-
The staff will be treated to Grab n' Go Snacks by the 7th Grade
Parents. All snacks are due in the
office by Wednesday, May 3rd. Please

Friday, May 5th-
The staff will enjoy their annual Staff Appreciation Week Luncheon
sponsored by the PTO. This will also be
a Duty Free Lunch which means that parents will monitor the cafeteria during
lunch so the staff can enjoy the luncheon in the library. An administrator will be in the cafeteria at
all times to assist. We will have some
parents and students away on the band/orchestra trip that day so the lunch
crowd should be a little less than usual but we are also losing some volunteer

Miscellaneous Help Needed!
Friday, April 28th-
Decorating the lounge, setting up the gift table, and distributing
mailbox treats. I need 4 people for
approximately 1-1 1/2 hours after school. The time is flexible so please email hdlee101@gmail.com if you can help.
Friday, May 5th- I
need someone to pick up salad and rolls from Texas Roadhouse at 10:30 and
deliver to the school library.
***We need a portable cd player to use for the week. If you have one that we can borrow, please
email hdlee101@gmail.com.
