We are busy planning the staff’s favorite week of the school year: the week that’s all about honoring them for their hard work and dedication to our students! Staff Appreciation Week is a week filled with fun activities, food and prizes. It takes the generosity of our parents to make this week successful. There are many ways you can help:
1) Clean out your Gift Closet! Did you get a gift for Christmas or your last birthday that just isn’t “you?” Purchase something on sale that you thought would be a nice gift but just haven’t had the opportunity to use it? Donate it for use as a daily prize drawing! Even if it’s “a little something”, we can combine it with other donated items to make a nice gift.
2) Ask your business contacts for a donation to be used in a daily prize drawing.
3) Purchase a $10 gift card from ANYWHERE and donate for a daily prize drawing.
4) Food will be provided in the staff lounge every day. Your team parent coordinators will be contacting you to ask you to bring in food on your team’s assigned day. If you’re not sure if they have your contact information, forward it to me at the email below with the name of one of your student’s teachers, and I will make sure they contact you!
5) Have a great idea for SAW? Send it to me! We are always looking for fresh ideas!
